How do I claim a free .BIO domain to use tiny.BIO?

Updated: 2026/06/08Viewed times: 9

Each tiny.BIO account user can claim a free .BIO domain to use tiny.BIO. To do so, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to tiny.BIO and enter the prefix you want for your .bio domain in the "yourname" box, then click "Get Started for free".
  2. If you already have a tiny.BIO account, enter your email and password to log in. If you don't have an account yet, click "Sign up" to create one.
  3. On the next screen, enter the prefix of your free .BIO domain in the "Username" section, then click "Continue".
  4. Select your free .BIO domain, then click "Checkout".
  5. Enter your contact information, then click "Continue to Payment".
  6. On the "Payment Setup" page, enter your credit card details, then click "Continue to Payment".
    • After checkout, you'll get a confirmation that payment is successful.
    • Your card won't be charged now. You'll only be charged when the domain renews next year.
  7. Click "Continue" to start building your bio site, or use the tiny.BIO link at the top-left to return to the main site.
  8. Click your username (top-right) to open your account, then select "Site Address". You should see your free .BIO domain listed there.

Note:

  • To ensure fair access for everyone, each user may claim one free .bio domain.
  • A free .bio domain can be claimed only once for free. If it expires and isn't renewed, it can't be reclaimed for free in the future. You may still be able to register it as a paid domain if it becomes available.
  • The free .bio domain is limited to usage within the tinyBIO ecosystem. During the free period, your .bio domain is designed to work with your tiny.BIO page - so it can be used for link forwarding to your tiny.BIO profile, helping visitors reach your bio page quickly and easily.
