Dynadot Help

Dynadot provides auction email notifications to help sellers stay informed throughout the auction process. These notifications keep you updated on auction creation, bidding activity, and final auction results.

How to enable or disable Auction Email Notifications

1. Sign in to your Dynadot account.
2. Navigate to My Info → Notifications.
3. Scroll down to the Auction Email section.
4. Check or uncheck the notification types you would like to receive.
5. Your preferences will be saved automatically.

The following notification options are available:

Auction Creation Confirmation

Receive an email when your auction is successfully created. This notification includes information:

• Domain name
• Starting price
• Auction start time
• Auction end time

Auction Progress Notification

Receive an email whenever a new bid is placed on your auction. This notification includes information:

• Domain name
• Starting price
• Current bid amount
• Bid time
• Total number of bids
• Auction end time

Auction Conclusion Notification

Receive an email when your auction ends successfully with a winning bidder. This notification includes information:

• Domain name
• Starting price
• Auction end time
• Winning bidder information (where applicable)
• Final sale price

Auction Unsold Notification

Receive an email if your auction ends without a successful sale. This notification includes information:

• Domain name
• Starting price
• Auction end time
