A new browser window will open. Locate and click the Users icon in the middle-left section of the page. Click "Create New User" on the top right corner. (Note: A root user is already created by default.) Free email plan: 1 new user Pro email plan: up to 25 new users Enter the Username, Password and Name. Then select the Personal Email for the user. (Note: The Personal Email could also be used for the Dynamail app. It cannot be modified once it is set up.) You can also set access permissions to other mailboxes for the user by clicking on "Add Mailbox" under "Mailbox Permissions" section. • How do I create an email alias under my Pro Email plan?

  You can create an email alias under your Pro Email plan. The alias becomes your new primary email address, while keeping the original email address at the same time. To create an email alias, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Select "My Emails" in the left-side menu. Click the "Sign In" link next to your Email plan. (opens webmail in a new window). In the webmail interface, click on the "Settings" gear icon on the left to open up your mailbox settings. Find the "Email Alias" section. In the field provided, enter your new desired email address. Toggle on the "Enabled Alias" option. Click on the "Save" button to save your changes. Your active email address is now updated to the new alias. To revert to your original address, simply return to the "Email Alias" section in Settings and toggle off the "Enabled Alias" option. Note: The maximum length of an email address is 25 characters. The only characters you can use in the email address are [a-z, 0-9, -, _, .]. The first character of the mailbox cannot be a number or "-, _, .". This feature is only available for Pro email plan.
