• How do I list my domain in Dynadot's Premium User Auction?

  You cannot directly list your domain name for sale in our Premium User Auctions. Instead, you must submit your domain for consideration, and our team will review your submission to determine if it meets the required eligibility criteria. To submit your domain for consideration, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Go to the Premium User Auctions page on our website. Review the eligibility requirements by clicking the "Our Criteria for Premium Domains" link. If your domain meets the criteria, exit out of the pop-up screen and click the "Submit Your Domains" button. Complete the submission form with the required details. Read and agree to the auction terms, then click "Submit Now" to finalize your submission. Once submitted, our team will carefully review your domain(s) and will notify you by email if approved. Auction Terms Auctions run for 10 days. Dynadot's auction commission is 15% of the final sale price. There is no listing fee at this time. All submissions are final once approved. Domains cannot be modified or withdrawn after approval. Once a Premium User Auction begins, it cannot be cancelled. Domains must be in a normal status and eligible for transfer at the time of sale. A sale is not guaranteed; inclusion in a Premium User Auction does not mean that the domain will receive bids or be sold. Dynadot will promote Premium User Auctions through various channels, including but not limited to newsletters, social media posts, and advertisements. All promotional efforts are conducted at Dynadot's sole discretion.

• How do I bid in a Premium User Auction?

  Dynadot's Premium User Auctions allow you to bid on high-quality domains listed by other users. To place a bid in a Premium User Auction, please follow these steps: Sign in to your Dynadot account. Find the domain you want to bid on in our Premium User Auctions. Click on the domain name itself, or the "Bid Now" button. In the price box, enter the proxy bid amount and click on the "Place Bid" button. Click the "Confirm" button on the pop-up window to confirm your bid and that you will pay for this auction if you win. Auction Terms: A bid deposit of $100 or 5% of the bid amount (whichever is greater) is required to participate in our Premium User Auctions. If a bid is placed in the last 5 minutes of an auction, the auction time will be extended for another 5 minutes. There is no limit to the number of times an auction may be extended before the auction's final "end time" is set. Auction winners have 3 calendar days to complete payment. If payment isn't received within that time, the bid deposit (greater of $100 or 5%) will be forfeited as a non-payment fee. Domains won in our Premium User Auctions will be placed in "Buy Lock" status for 30 days. Domains won in our Premium User Auctions will not be renewed with the order, and any renewal cost will not be included in the final price. To place a bid of $2,000 or more, a deposit of 10% of the bid amount is required. Ensure your account balance can cover this fee, which will be locked until you are outbid or the order is paid. If you win the auction and choose not to pay for the order, the deposit will be forfeited as a non-payment fee. Automatic Countdown Refresh The bidding details page automatically refreshes based on the remaining auction time: If the auction end time is more than 5 minutes away, the page refreshes once every 1 minute. If the auction end time is 5 minutes or less away, the page refreshes once every 15 seconds. Highest Bidder Status Indicator The bidding details page displays whether the currently logged-in user is the highest bidder. If you are currently leading the auction, the page will indicate that you are the highest bidder. If another user has placed a higher bid, the page will indicate that you are not the highest bidder.
