An expired closeout allows you to purchase domains that received no bids during the expired auction phase at a fixed, decreasing price. How it works: Domains with no auction bids move here. They are offered at a fixed price that drops daily during the closeout period. The listed price does not include the domain’s renewal fee, which must also be paid at checkout. Closeout domains are available for a limited time, giving buyers a final opportunity to acquire them before they leave the platform.

How long do domains remain in the closeout listing?

Domains remain in the expired closeout listing for 3 days (72 hours). After this period ends, the domain is removed from Dynadot’s aftermarket and returned to the open registration market, where it may become available for standard registration.

How does pricing and payment work for closeout domains?

Closeout domain pricing is calculated as a fixed cost + the domain’s renewal fee, and payment is required immediately at checkout. Fixed cost schedule: Day 1: $30 Day 2: $15 Day 3: $5 The renewal cost for the domain’s TLD is automatically added to your cart during checkout. Because closeout domains are available for only a short period, immediate payment is required to secure the domain. If payment is not completed right away, another buyer may acquire it or the domain may fully expire.

Can I buy an expired closeout domain without bidding?

Yes. Expired Closeouts do not involve bidding. These are domains that received no bids during the Expired Auction and are now offered at a reduced, fixed price. They remain in Closeouts for three days, and the price is lowered each day. Customers can buy them on a first-come, first-served basis.

What happens if I don’t pay right away for a closeout domain?

Due to the nature of closeouts, payments are also required immediately. Otherwise, you risk the chance of closeout domains being purchased by someone else or getting cancelled.

What is the "Revenue" column?
