A custom email domain is an email address that uses your own domain name, such as you@yourdomain.com, instead of a generic provider.

To get started with Dynadot’s personalized email service, select “Start with Free Email” or “Start with Pro Email”, then connect it to a domain in your Dynadot account. You'll be prompted to link your existing domain, search and register a new one or transfer your domain. You can choose an option that works best for you.

Steps to set up:

1. Go to "My Domains" → "Manage Domains" in your account.
2. Select the domain you want to use.
3. Click "Sign In" (for Free Email) or "Upgrade" (for Pro Email).
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the email setup.

Once completed, your personalized email will be ready to use with your chosen domain.

Prohibited activities include:

• Sending SPAM or hosting spam websites
• Adult content or illegal materials (including child pornography, bestiality, gambling, pyramid or "multilevel marketing" schemes)
• Copyright or trademark infringement
• IRC usage (connections, servers/hosts, bots)
• System probing, port scans, sweeps, or spoofing
• Anything that threatens web hosting or network stability

Here are the steps on how to set up email forwarding with Dynadot:

1. Sign in to your Dynadot account and
2. Navigate to “My Domains” from the left-side menu, then select “Manage Domains.”
3. Check the box next to the domain name(s) you wish to update, click the “Action” button, and choose “Email Settings” from the list.
4. On the Email Settings page, select “Forwarding Email” from the top drop-down menu. In the “Username” column, enter the email name you would like to use for your domain (for example, enter only “admin” rather than the full address like admin@yourdomain.com).
5. In the “Existing Email Address” column, enter the email address where you would like your messages to be forwarded. If you’d like to create additional aliases, click the “Add Email” button.
6. Finally, click “Save Email Settings” to apply your changes.

You can create up to 10 domain email addresses for forwarding per domain. Our system will forward up to 500 emails per day for each domain name; any emails exceeding this limit will not be accepted by the forwarding server and may either bounce back to the sender or be delayed until the daily limit resets.

Please note that this is a forwarding-only service, which means you can receive emails sent to your domain email address, but you cannot send or reply to emails using that address. Additionally, email forwarding is only available if you are using our name servers. If you are using third-party name servers, you will need to configure your email forwarding directly through those name servers instead.
